HVAC Quote Connect(“we”, “us”) is a free referral service that connects homeowners in Central Wisconsin with independent, licensed HVAC contractors. We are not an HVAC contractor and do not perform heating or cooling services ourselves.

When you submit a quote request we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email, service address, the service you need, and any notes — along with basic technical data.
How we use it
We use your information to match you with local HVAC professionals, to follow up about your request, and to improve our service. By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree that we and the contractors we match you with may contact you by phone, text, and email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Sharing
We share your request details with the independent contractor(s) we match you with so they can provide a quote. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can opt out of our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us. You may ask us to delete your information.
